Omar Samih
Athletic Director & Head CoachOmar Samih is the Founder and Head Coach of Medina Club, a Queens-based youth soccer organization built to create belonging through sport.
Born and raised in NYC, Omar spent his youth career competing across the city’s top programs, winning high school championships and representing respected club sides. After high school, he spent four years in England deepening his understanding of football’s global culture, player development, and coaching structure.
Since returning to New York, Omar has worked full-time as a professional youth coach, bringing over five years of direct coaching experience and nearly eight years in youth sports overall.

At Medina, Omar sets the standard for culture, structure, and care. His mission is simple: deliver high-quality coaching while building a safe, welcoming environment where young athletes can grow.
Alanis SAMIH
Alanis is the operational engine behind Medina Club NY. While Coach Omar runs the field, Alanis ensures that everything off the pitch runs seamlessly for our families.
With over six years of high-level administrative experience, Alanis manages all club logistics, from registration systems and season scheduling to daily parent communications. She built the Medina Club workflow to ensure that parents never have to guess about weather updates, uniform orders, or program changes.
If you receive an email from the club, need help navigating a registration, or have a question about policies, Alanis is the one making sure you get a fast, clear, and helpful answer.
